MDT Travel Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your relationship with MDT Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to your use of our website, digital content, and related services (“Service”). By purchasing or accessing any MDT Travel plan or content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Service.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

2.1 Not Medical Advice

The MDT Travel Service provides general exercise and wellness information designed for healthy adults. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Always consult your physician before starting any new physical activity program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or recently injured.

2.2 Responsibility

By using our Service, you acknowledge that physical activity involves risk of injury and you voluntarily assume those risks. MDT Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your participation in any activities suggested by our content.

2.3 Results Disclaimer

Each person’s body, fitness level, and lifestyle are unique. We cannot guarantee specific results from following our plans. Your outcome depends on your personal effort and health condition.

3. REGISTRATION & USER DATA

3.1. To access our personalized travel plan, you may need to fill in a quiz or form providing details such as name, email, and travel preferences. You agree to provide accurate information.

3.2. We will use your information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3. The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

4. SERVICE OVERVIEW

4.1. MDT Travel offers personalized microdosing workout plans (7 or 14 days, or more) created from quiz responses and delivered digitally as a PDF file via email.

4.2. Each plan includes short, 1-minute exercises designed for limited spaces (hotel, airport, outdoors).

4.3. The plan is for personal use only and cannot be copied, distributed, or resold.

4.4. We may improve or modify our plans, content, or prices at any time without prior notice.

5. PAYMENT & DELIVERY

5.1. Payments are securely processed via Paddle, our authorized merchant and reseller.

5.2. Once payment is completed, you will receive your plan within a reasonable time via email or secure download link.

5.3. Prices are displayed in your local currency (where available) and include taxes where required by law.

  1. REFUNDS

6.1. All MDT Travel plans are personalized digital products created based on your individual quiz answers.

Once delivered, these plans cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as production starts immediately after purchase.

6.2. You may request a refund only in the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged but did not receive your personalized plan within 7 business days after purchase; or

  • The file delivered to you was corrupted or incomplete and we were unable to resend it successfully.

6.3. All payments and refund requests are handled through Paddle, our official payment partner (https://paddle.net/).

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion after verification of your request.

6.4. Once a personalized PDF plan has been generated and delivered to your email, it is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued, except as required by applicable law.

6.5. EU Consumers: By purchasing the MDT Travel Plan, you expressly agree to the immediate digital delivery of your personalized content and acknowledge that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All materials, graphics, exercises, and layouts are owned or licensed by MDT Travel and protected by copyright laws.

7.2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and use your PDF plan for private use.

7.3. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDT Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or plan.

8.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for your plan.

9. PRIVACY & DATA

9.1. We collect and store limited user data (name, email, quiz answers) to personalize your plan and fulfill your order.

9.3. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and communication practices.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel (or your country of registration, if you operate from another jurisdiction).

Disputes shall be resolved through amicable communication; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the competent courts of our jurisdiction.

MDT Travel Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to MDT Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our websites, online forms, and digital fitness services (“Service”).

By using the Service, you confirm that:

(i) you have read and understood this Privacy Policy;

(ii) you are at least 18 years old; and

(iii) you consent to the described data processing.

2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

We process information in three ways:

(i) Data you provide directly

When using our websites, filling out quizzes, or purchasing a plan, we may ask for:

  • Identifiers**:** name, email address, and payment details (via Paddle).

  • Personalization data**:** gender, age group, fitness level, equipment availability, travel space (hotel, airport, outdoors), health or posture goals, and special notes you choose to share.

  • Optional onboarding data**:** height, weight, or areas for improvement if you choose to provide them (for personalization purposes only).

You can skip non-required questions during onboarding by selecting “Skip” or leaving fields blank.

(ii) Automatically collected data

We may automatically collect technical data when you visit or interact with our website:

  • IP address and general location

  • Device type, operating system, and browser version

  • Language settings, time zone, and referral source

  • Usage statistics (pages visited, time spent, form completion)

This helps us deliver content properly, detect errors, and understand how users interact with our platform.

(iii) Data from third parties

When you pay through Paddle, we receive limited transaction data such as payment ID, amount, and status, but we do notstore or have access to your full card information.

  • Paddle – for payment processing (merchant of record).

  • Make (Integromat) – to automate plan generation and email delivery.

  • NocoDB – secure storage of quiz and order data.

  • Email providers – to send your PDF plan and notifications.

  • Analytics tools (optional) ****– to measure website performance and improve user experience.

All partners process your data on our behalf and under strict confidentiality.

We may disclose data to authorities if required by law or to defend our legal rights.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to:

  • Keep your session active while filling out quizzes

  • Measure usage and improve site performance

  • Remember your preferences (language, theme, etc.)

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function correctly.

MDT Travel services are intended for adults 18 years or older.

We operate globally. Your data may be transferred to servers outside your country (for example, Israel, the EU, or the United States).

We use secure transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for:

  • Order and delivery fulfillment (up to 2 years)

  • Accounting and tax compliance (as required by law)

  • Customer support history (12 months)

After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
